Omron G3NE-220T-US Solid State Relay – 20A, 75–264V AC Load, 12V or 24V DC Control, Quick-Connect Terminals

The G3NE-220T-US is a "Hockey Puck" style SSR but with a much slimmer profile ($11.5\text{mm}$ height) than standard industrial relays. It features a built-in varistor to protect against external surges and uses a phototriac coupler for high isolation between the control and load circuits.
