The 9568D006 features a Single-Pole Double-Throw (SPDT) contact arrangement (1 Form C). It is a high-sensitivity relay, meaning it requires very little power from the 6V source to "flip" the switch. Because it is a 6V DC coil, it is highly sensitive to over-voltage; using it in a 12V or 24V system will burn out the coil almost instantly.
